In contrast,  using a GUI typically means

1. Opening a selection window
2. Scrolling down to an item
3. Selecting the item
4. Perhaps closing the window.

Because the set of data is known in advance, recognition accuracy is improved.

The result is a simplified GUI offering faster access and hands-free or remote access.
