Return Policy.
Purchase SpeechStudio Suite or any of the
SpeechStudio Components and if you are not totally satisfied, return it within
30 days for a complete refund of the purchase price.
To return a product, please send e-,ail to
sale@speechstudio.com, or call Customer
Service between the hours of 8am and 5pm Pacific Time, US business days, at
(503) 520-9664. A
SpeechStudio customer service representative will create a return authorization (RMA)
number for you to submit with the returned item.
Once the product is received in our warehouse, a check
request will be processed within 3-5 business days. The check will be sent to
your address. You will then have one year to cash the check.
