All SpeechStudio products, except Lexicon
Lite, include one year of Electronic Support and free upgrades.
Customers of SpeechStudio Suite, Lexicon Builder Pro, and the SpeechStudio
TAPI Control also have access to Premium Support for the first 30 days after
their purchase.
All SpeechStudio products include free
Email Support.
Premium Support: Premium
Support includes unlimited access to email and web-based support,
including priority handling of email requests. Premium Support includes version upgrades.
Electronic Support: Electronic
Support includes unlimited access to email and web-based support, including
priority handling of email requests. Telephone support is available on a
per-incident basic. Electronic Support includes version upgrades.
Email Support: Email support includes
unlimited access to email and web-based support.
Telephone support is available
with Premium Support or on a per-incident basis.
Annual support contracts are available
for Premium and Electronic Support.

Licensed users of SpeechStudio 2.X products purchased after September 1,
2002 are eligible for a free upgrade to SpeechStudio 3.0 products. Contact Technical Support (support@speechstudio.com)
to request a new CD or download.
